Ladder Registration
To register for one of Match Point Milwaukee's Tennis Ladders, please fill out the information below.
If you hit the Submit button before selecting your ladder division(s), you will not be taken to the payment page and therefore, not be registered.
If you need help determining your rating, please visit the Ratings page for reference.
Once you have registered, please go to the Log In page and select new account. Once you have made an account it will be assigned to the proper ladder and activated once the season begins.

Participation in any/all tennis ladders is at the player’s own risk. By registering on the website, you agree to the following Liability Release Statement:
I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Match Point Milwaukee, LLC, MatchPointMilwaukee.com, and its creator from and against any and all liability for any injuries which may be incurred by me arising out of, or in any way connected with, my participation on the ladder.
